•Verifica si inregistreaza documentele primite de la depozite, furnizori, clienti, magazine si alte departamente din cadrul companiei;
•Verifica si inregistreaza facturile primite, in conformitate cu procedurile companiei si cu cerintele legale in vigoare;
•Inregistreaza conform cerintelor legale in vigoare facturile de reziliere si penalităţi de la/catre clienti si furnizori;
•Participa la inventarierea gestiunilor si magazinelor;
•Tine legatura cu magazinele si celelalte departamente din companie pentru solutionarea problemelor aparute in desfasurarea activitatii;
•Tine legatura cu furnizorii si clientii in vederea rezolvarii eficiente si la timp a tuturor problemelor intampinate in exercitarea atributiilor postului.
•Absolvent studii superioare economice;
•Experienta in contabilitate de minimum 1 an;
•Cunoasterea legislatiei in vigoare si a Codului Fiscal
•Gandire analitica, atentie catre detalii;
•Cunostinte solide de utilizare Microsoft Office;
•Buna cunoastere a limbii engleze.
