RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:



• Responsible for the execution of the remuneration notes for the Sales Force of the company (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Corporate Stores) based on the signed contracts/agreements with the Commercial Partners and the internal rules/official agreements of the company, using the official software(s);

• Verifies periodically the signed contracts/agreements with the Commercial Partners, the internal rules/official agreements of the company and any other official papers that modify the abovementioned, for the correct understanding and interpretation of the commissioning terms and conditions;

• Always checks with the hierarchic superior and with the legal representatives of other commercial departments, if he/she has any trouble in understanding the information within signed contracts/agreements with the Commercial Partners, the internal rules/official agreements of the company or any other official papers that modify the abovementioned, to avoid miscalculated remuneration notes;

• Sends, with the approval of the immediate supervisor, monthly/periodical/on request the official remuneration notes to the official representatives of the Commercial Partners, in written form or by e-mail/extranet, in accordance with the Commercial Partners and/or the internal rules/official agreements of the company;

• Prepares monthly/periodical/on request explanation reports regarding the official remuneration notes issued (using of a specific commissioning terms and conditions/calculation methods);

• Periodically checks the accuracy of the official reports and remuneration notes issued;

• Informs the immediate supervisor about all amendments arisen within the signed contracts/agreements with the Commercial Partners and/or the internal rules/official agreements of the company;

• Collaborates with Commercial Partners regarding the cross checking of the official remuneration notes issued;

• Maintains an effective, professional and permanent relationship with the other Sales & Customer Care Division departments and offices and with the other divisions of the company.


CERINTE

Requirements:



• 1 year progressive experience in a similar position, experience with other mobile operators will be considered as a plus;

• University degree – diploma in an economic field;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access);

• Good economic and financial knowledge;

• Good command of English;

• Overall knowledge about the Romanian telecommunications market;

• Ability to plan and organize his/her own activities;

• Team player; able to work within multifunctional teams;

• Excellent written and oral communications skills;

• Ability to meet deadlines – willingness to go the extra mile;

• Dynamic, flexible personality;

• Ability to work under pressure;
