- To monitor on a daily basis the competition offers, the profile and the evolution of Cosmote’s Subscribers base in order to analyze and propose marketing actions for maximizing customer value and meet the company targets;
- Is responsible for evaluating marketing actions as well as the preparation of the yearly Budget / business plan;
- To perform feasibility and sensitivity studies of pricing issues; to analyze and work out pricing/Promo Scenarios
- To analyze and categorize customers spending routine in order to meet their needs through new pricing offers.
- Is responsible for competition monitoring analyses of competitors’ pricing policy, price comparisons etc.;
- To run extensive Forecasts for each pricing policy so as in Co-operation with Finance to compute the resulting revenue impact.
- To design tariff plans and optimizes the existing ones together with product management team.
- To analyze churn and customer behavior using data mining techniques so as to predict future churners and propose actions to Marketing Department.
- University degree in Mathematics / Economics/ Statistics
- At least 2 years experience in telecom, with solid knowledge about Business Analysis.
- At least 3 years working experience in the Commercial / Marketing area
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of Romanian and English languages
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, basic web technologies)
