-To contact the customer in order to collect all debts, using the techniques and quality standards estabilshed by the company;
-To solicit in every inbound or outbound call clear payments agreements for customer past due amount
-To record in the data base exact comments that reflect the discussion with the customers
-To propose and negociate different methods for payment of debts
-High school diploma (University would be a plus);
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-Attention to details, results oriented and problem solving attitude;
-High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance;
-Customer oriented, ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational situations;
-Fluency in English;
-Good knowledge of MS Office;
-Experience in a similar position would be plus.
