• Interface with business users to gather and document user requirements and translate those requirements into working data model designs; work with business users to sign off requirements;
• Prepare high level and detailed design specifications and documentation of the entire BI development process;
• Configure BI and DWH systems in order to meet the business requirements and assures prompt and correct implementation;
• Learn the data models of source systems and the reporting databases and leverage that knowledge in support of users and reporting projects;
• Interact with vendors in order to ensure that deliveries are of good quality and meet user requirements;
• Participate in testing of new software shipments to ensure the business requirements are met;
• Create/Update documentation for the implementation of the features in the system as required by the office/department policy;
• A technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
• Telecom experience and knowledge of GSM technology and services are beneficial;
• Solid understanding of technology trends and the impact of technology on business functions;
• Fluency in English;
