RESPONSABILITATI

1. Propose for the communication strategy and positioning for the brand under his responsibilities’, according with the Company platform and brand values;

2. Supervise and coordinate the advertising agencies in the process of development of media strategies related with brand, products and services communication;

3. Preserve an efficient relationship with media agencies and third party suppliers in order to ensure the media analysis, selection, planning, buying advertising space (timing, slots, media vehicles), placing and monitoring of commercials broadcasts (TV, audio, print);

4. Follow-up all media production and ensures compliance of messages (adverts and commercials) with brand identity, communication strategy, specific briefs and media requirements;

5. Ensure a proper and constant image in all communication campaigns according with Company platform and brand values;

6. Plan, analyze and monitor budgets related with communication campaigns;

7. Use financial tools, ensuring the correct handling of media costs, pre-payments, cost controlling procedures and invoices; monitor costs (pre-payments, cost estimates vs. actual costs, open costs, unpaid invoices);

8. Find, evaluate and propose solutions for creation and production of new POS materials accordingly with specific marketplace trends;

9. Report the activity on a weekly basis and on demand;


CERINTE

•At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, within a company that promoted telecom/IT services to its customers (a plus) and/or FMCG (working experience in an advertising agency is considered a major plus);

•University Degree - preferably in Marketing/Communication

•Good knowledge of MS Office and additional software, Internet & Outlook;

•Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques (useful in brand creation);

•Advanced verbal and written communication abilities both in Romanian and English;

•Flexible and dynamic person with strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain effective working relationships (both for interaction with other departments within company and third parties);

•Open minded, customer-oriented, enthusiastic, persuasive person (costs negotiation, offers of sponsorship etc.);

•Ability to identify and solve problems, to establish priorities;

•Able to work under pressure (quick reaction to competitors campaigns), and meet tight deadlines.
