Our customer’s first business objective was to invest in Commercial Properties in the former east block countries. The company developed quickly and has operated very successfully in Romania, currently a very dynamic market.
In order to support its growth on the local market, our customer is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the positions of
ACQUISITION PROJECT MANAGER
Purpose:
The Acquisition Project Manager is the representative of our customer in the local market. He / She has to be a relationship manager and ‘hunter’, researching and identifying suitable projects – property investments that are worth to be taken over by our customer.
Responsibilities:
-Search and acquisition of real estate for construction of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings (big projects)
- Continuous contact with agents – research activities, proactively approaching property owners, authorities etc.
- Soft due diligence and presentation of projects for board decision: verification of dedications and restitution rights
- Processing of purchase: negotiate pre-contracts and purchase contracts
- Pursuing of the interest of the company vis-à-vis service providers
- Participation in the management of the property companies with the pertaining administrative and legal issues
- Representation of owner in Tenant relation
- Search and negotiate contracts with tenants

- Professional experience in real estate business necessary
- Good knowledge of German language is mandatory, fluency in English
