Job description and responsibilities:

- As a Team Leader you will take over personal leadership of one of our accounting team.
- Tasks like quantitative and qualitative planning and staffing, development and education of your employees are passionate elements of your ¿daily business¿.
- Together with other experienced team leaders and our dedicated process managers; you will be a key driver within our accounting organization, supporting our business units in achieving their ambitious targets.
- You will be key contact for all accounting questions and activities within your department; therefore you define the objectives and duties for your team and monitor their achievement.
- You will be challenged with the coordination and alignment with all different stakeholders involved, being perceived as a respected and trustful partner.
- International project teams and motivated colleagues will support you fulfilling your challenging tasks and responsibilities.
- To successfully fulfill the required tasks you will demonstrate a high degree of individual functional and professional knowledge and profound leadership experience in multicultural environment.

CERINTE

Your qualifications:

- University degree in Economics and professional accounting experience in a leading position, preferably in the oil industry;
- Profound SAP FI knowledge;
- Experience as a team lead in the past (people, budget, results and quality responsibility);
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS);
- Good Romanian language skills (written and spoken);
- English proficiency (written and verbal);
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Pragmatic work approach, high motivation and initiative taking.
