Our client, an international company, is one of the major players on the sugar and starch industry in Romania.
Further to the continuous development process of its production facilities, our client is looking for its plant in ROMAN for a FINANCE DIRECTOR.
Job purpose:
To participate in the financial planning of the confectionary plant Roman and ensure the timely and correct execution of all finance activities incl. tax declarations in order to en-sure liquidity and optimal utilisation of financial assets in agreement with the Finance Director Romania and the Head of Controlling. To ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting (RAS and IAS) for the plant in accordance with international reporting and local accounting guidelines. To ensure the administration of the plant personnel.
Education and professional development:
- Bachelor or other University degree (Economics / Finance),
- Accounting
- IAS, IFRS and national trade law
- Good knowledge of statutory accounting
- Approx. 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- English knowledge is a must
