Test Engineer - Arad Arad , West Romania

Your tasks// You will be part of the Engineering department, Test Team and you will be responsible for the test stations from the production area (AOI, ICT and functional); find suitable solutions in case of breakdowns; provide continuous improvement actions and monitor implementation. Improve the test process by daily analyze of the statistical parameters and taking the necessary actions in order to reduce the breakdown time and to increase the mean time between failures; Plan and execute maintenance of test equipments, responsible with spare parts for test equipment and assure their calibration.

Your Qualification// In order to be successful in this job you must have a technical university degree (Computer science, electronics, mechatronics, telecommunications) - mandatory; minimum 1 year relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive would be a plus; good knowledge of: electronics, statistic theory, computer usage; basic knowledge about µprocessors / µcontrollers and PLC programming; Communication skills, commitment, ability to work in a team, flexibility. Good knowledge of English, German is a plus .
