RESPONSABILITATI

- Our client, an international company, is one of the major players on the sugar and starch industry in Romania.
- Further to the continuous development process of its production facilities, our client is looking for its plant in BUZAU for a SECONDARY PRODUCTION MANAGER.
- Secondary production is understood as the production segment sieving and packing the white sugar stored in the company silod into all packaging units sold to the client.

MAIN TASKS:
- Planning of production:
- Based on the monthly forecast received from Supply Chain (quantities & specifications/ product), the number of packaging lines and their running program must be defined.
- Solves situation, which arise in individual production or operation sections.
Organisation an HR:
- The working teams and program must be defined (permanent people and a variable number of temporary people); he has to participate at the selection process of the employees.

Material assurance:
- The requests for packaging material must be placed in advance to the Purchasing department, according to the planned volumes and the delivery terms; packaging material stock must be observed all the time.

Activity coordination:
- He coordinates the department¿s activity in order to achieve the company¿s goals: production volumes, productivity, low cost, quality.
- He must establish the job description and elaborate the labour instruction for his subordinates.
- He has to organize the training of his department¿s people in order to fulfil their jobs in the best manner.
- Assures that shift members follow personnel guidelines, know their job requirements and are thoroughly trained.

Maintenance:
- He must organize and coordinate the maintenance process of the equipment and installation; he is responsible for their well functioning.

Big repairs/investments:
- He informs the company management about the necessary investments and big repairs and he has to act as a project manager for the approved/allocated ones

HACCP, labour safety and environment:
- He has to organize the necessary trainings and to implement all necessary procedures (hygiene, labour safety, cleaning), according to the company¿s policy in these fields.

Reporting:
- He has to keep the evidence of production, material consumption, working hours¿ and to provide the necessary data for the company's reporting system.

Other issues:
- The responsibility¿s and competence¿s limits, the cooperation with the other departments (especially logistics) and any other issue have to be mentioned in the job description of his position.


CERINTE

- Studii: superioare de profil
- Instruire: cursuri de specializare in domeniul industriei zaharului;
- Cunostinte operare PC;
- Cunostinte limba engleza.

- Minim 3 ani vechime intr-o functie de conducere
- Cunoasterea utilajelor si echipamentelor specifice liniilor de impachetare
- Excelente cunostinte de protectie muncii si a mediului
- Experienta in implementarea HACCP si ISO
