RESPONSABILITATI

Our client, an international company acting in the HVAC and refrigeration field, is looking for a high professional in the position of Sales and Project Manager for its branch in Timisoara.
Job purpose: Responsible for developing sales of company products and all related sales activities to designate strategic, major customers or Key Accounts.

Responsibilities:
¿ Commercial :
- lead the growth and profitability stakes of the subsidiary, supported by the strengths of York / Johnson Control subsidiary (shared supports, sources..)
- lead complex negotiations with major customers or prospects of the subsidiary
- deploy locally the global and local commercial policy
¿ Management :
- support the BM on commercial & marketing issues, to build the vision for the company
- support the BM to define the commercial requested resources
- built the commercial action plan of the office, set individual goals for his collaborators
- cooperating with Central Office and Service Engineers
- deploy the best practices of the Group in his area.

¿ Marketing :
- guaranty the right management of all the commercial information and check their consistency: potential customers, competitors, opportunity..
- is aware on new needs and new comers on the market
- use, customize and deploy the offers of the Group, or create new one if necessary, in order to differentiate from the competition
- analyse the current situation and the future stakes, in order to define the right commercial strategy for the subsidiary
¿ Controlling and reports :
- Reporting & controlling, forecasting and competitors¿ analysis


CERINTE

Requirements
- tertiary education (engineering faculty, mechanical, automatics, installation or similar high qualification)
¿ Solid commercial experience :
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the field of commercial, industrial refrigeration, HVAC or installation
- ¿capable of closing a deal¿, with a proven track record
- High commercial acumen
¿ Management experience
- one (at least) successful experience as team leader, budget responsibility, and big customers responsibility
- basic knowledge of project management
¿ Tools :
- Familiar with figures ¿ translate reports into actionable goals
- IT-user skills (MS-Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Skills
¿ Well organized, disciplined, with a wide capacity and discernment in analyzing the specific cases, ability to work with details, prompt and earnest attitude in the relation with the firm¿s customers.
¿ familiarly dealing with multiple projects simultaneously, usually coping with stress
¿ Fluently spoken and written English
¿ Native Romanian speaker
¿ Willing to travel ¿ domestic
¿ 30 - 40 years (indicative)
