RESPONSABILITATI

A leading international company operating all over the world in design and manufacturing of women clothing is looking for qualified candidates to join their production team in Urziceni as a TRANSPORT MANAGER, where you will be responsible for:

* Planning and organising the execution of the goods transport (road, sea and air);
* Organising and permanently taking measures for complete and in time insureing of the company with goods and transport services, using in good way the financial founds according to the dispositions and the existent transport ways, finding the good routes for the arrival of the merchandise;
* Drawing up and administrating efficiently the budget for the transport activity;
* Organising the transport marketing activity and informing its superiors about the level of the prices/ quality/ the best lead time/ new suppliers/ etc. on the transport market;
* Initiating the recruiting process of the subordinates employees, the drivers for diverses types of cars in the group, training them according to the legislation and following all the time their activity;
* Following, verifying and organising the cars preparation (service, maintenance, insurance of the cars) as well as the acquirement of the spare parts;
* Responsable with the activity planning: daily transportation planning for persons (company employees) and coordination of the company cars regarding the obtaining of the best and efficient route;
* Verifying the transport orders, the invoices (the costs and the allocations) and the respecting of the contract terms for service supply;
* Addopting a fast and friendly attitude for satisfing the solicitation came from the departments that colaborates with it but also of the suppliers or the clients both internala and external) being polite with the clients;
* Realising at quality standards and in term the established terms at the level of the transport department and any other task that is gave by the superiors in function with the necesities of the company.

* Superior studies in the economic field;
* Foreign languages – fluent English;
* Organisational management, computer operations;
* Logistic knowledge, Auto legislation knowledge and basic financial legislation;
* Analytical and synthesis capacity, fast judgement;
* Developped memory, easy expressing, numeric reasoning, concentrated and distributive attention.
