For one of our international clients in the banking sector we are looking for a
HR SHARED SERVICES EMEA SERVICE DELIVERY HEAD (BUDAPEST)

who will be responsible for managing 12+ in-country services teams in EMEA. This role is an active part of the EMEA senior leadership team, providing leadership and management expertise to the in-country service teams. This role is responsible for managing all in-country HR operations with over 120+ team members across EMEA.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the country services to ensure excellent service, controls and regulatory adherence;
Ensure daily operations of HR administration, benefits management, customer service, reporting, and HR related systems adoption are in line with regional and global expectations - adhere to regional / global procedures (change control, methodologies, MIS etc.);
Encourage the development / implementation / maintenance of new regional processes to support the location strategy across all locations;
Lead the continuing implementation of significant re-engineering of the operations to provide a step change in service quality across all countries;
Participate in the annual regional budget process, understand and be responsible for cost-effective expense control of the countries;
Build and manage the country service teams to strengthen performance of existing operations and enable continuing growth - including resource / staffing plans, work priorities as well as development of effective feedback mechanisms;
Maintain effective partnerships across HRSS - influence peers and project staff across the region and globally;
Build working partnerships with key customers across all countries to facilitate change and enhance the services provided by HRSS;
Manage relationships with key regional vendors whilst ensuring agreed SLA's are met;
Build a robust framework to monitor, plan and continuously improve the operations support across all countries in region;
Ensure effective management of risks and issues throughout the countries with robust processes and tools;
Manage direct reports focusing on employee development, growth and performance.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Relevant university degree;
English language proficiency;
Extensive experience within HR shared services with a minimum of 10 years experience;
Strong knowledge and experience of leading re-engineering and change within an organization across multiple countries;
Excellent working knowledge of HR business processes;
Extensive knowledge and experience of operations management tools, methods and techniques;
Extensive leadership experience;
HR Systems skills and understanding;
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills by displaying an understanding of the needs and perspectives of others;
Organizational, communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
Ability to influence and create change within an organization;
Highly motivated, organized and methodical;
Logical, analytic and rationale;
Drives client value, results focused, partnership & collaboration, builds great teams, ownership & accountability, leads change.
