My client is Multibillion Dollar multinational IT Company specialising in computer hardware solutions. Their products are very well known everywhere across the globe and you must know them too!
We are currently looking for a Norwegian speaker for the exciting position of Customer Care Reception based in Budapest, Hungary.

Please note that the company provides Relocation Package for successful candidates!

Working hours:
• Normal hours of work are 40 hours per week
• Opening hours 06:30-17:00 depending on desk
• Some out of hours on call work might be required

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls
• Log and validate customer details and other information to the relevant systems
• Correct and quick responsiveness within the agreed timeframe without compromising quality
• Routing case & liaise with appropriate department to ensure correct solution.
• Maintaining quality service standards.
• Keep customer satisfaction as high as possible
• Keeping manager informed about the progress of a case
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Salary: 11555 Euros gross per year plus 462 annual bonus

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent telephone communication skills.
