- Active participation in Calypso projects, implementing business, process or technology changes for our Financial Services - Capital Markets clients
- Leading a team of experts/consultants
- Guide and train team members
- Liaise with client's business/technology teams
- Identifying clients’ needs, proposing solutions and taking action to fulfill the requirements
- Active collaboration with other divisions within the Company
- Preparing presentations, documentations
- University Degree (IT or Finance/Banking)
- At least 3 years working experience in Calypso technology platform
- At least 1 year team leader experience
- A deep understanding of Capital Markets/Banking area
- Experience in delivery and implementing Calypso in a banking environment
- Excellent communication skills in English , both written and spoken
- Proactive and result-oriented personality with creative problem solving skills
- Ability to work under stress and short deadlines
