Responsible for installation and validation of inflator lines:
- machines, utilities, traceability system implementation
- line set up and & validation
- will be in charge continuous improvement
Process training for maintenance and production
Documentation for production:
- PFMEA;
- work instructions;
Analyze and improve process capability and efficiency.
University degree/ Welding Specialization
good technical skills, mechanical and welding. (laser, projection and MAG);
1/2 years experience as welding engineer
Knowledge of Process Engineering tasks like PFMEA & SPC
PC knowledge
fluent English necessary
ergonomics skill
analythical skills
knowledge about automatic stations
good relationship and communication
