TtM / OtD Process Specialist Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions // We are looking for an new colleague in the Operational Excellence department to take over the management of the TtM/OtD Project, related to electronics operations.Main tasks include: assess current status of the project; design further implementation plan, including necessary resources, create and coordinate a project team and monitor the implementation. The project includes activities such as: maping of current processes in Hella Romania (Electronics division), related to operations; create specific procedures where necessary; identify process KPIs (if necessary); maping of interactions between processes and roles in the project.  

Your Competence // Technical studies; previous working experience in a production company for at least 2 years ; experince in coordinating projects; strong organizing and project management skills; very good communication skills, ideally previous exposure to a multicultural environment; German and English are a must.
