General scope:
Maintain and Improve the System of Management for Quality, Safety and Environment in accordance with standard ISO TS 16949, our customer requirements and Mahle.
Quality System:
• Ensure the maintenance of the system
• Ensure document and information management flow
• Plan and follow up the implementation of process and product audits
• Maintain Auditors Qualification Matrix
• Conduct process audits
• Follow up the implementation of actions from internal audits: system, process, product
• Follow up the implementation of actions from external audits
• Report to QSHSE Leader status of audit implementation
• Report to QSHSE Leader status of action plans from internal and external audits
• Train personnel regarding document control procedure
• Create reports, presentations regarding quality system requirements
• Support QSHSE Leader in definition of process map and process ID Cards
Health and Safety:
• Train employees on Health and Safety and Emergency
• Manage data base with results from apptitude test results after medical checks and distribution to employees
• Make the doctor appointments for periodical checkings
• Participate in risk evaluation
• Participate in analysis of work accidents
• University degree
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• English – medium level
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills
