- asambleaza calculatoare sau depaneaza echipamentele IT intrate in service (calculatoare, imprimante, copiatoare)
- configureaza hardware si software echipamentele IT
- executa operatiuni de mentenanta pentru statii si servere
- executa operatiuni de instalare componente, troubleshooting / debug / diagnosticare defecte, inlocuire componente defecte pt PC / servere, imprimante, print-servere, retea ( switch-uri / routere ).
- instaleaza sisteme de operare( Windows based - XP, 2003,VISTA ).
- studii superioare (preferabil Electronica, Automatizari, Calculatoare)
- bune cunostinte hardware si software
- experienta practica in configurarea de retele, asamblare, service PC
- orientare catre client
- abilitati de comunicare si organizare a activitatii.
- atitudine proactiva si pozitiva.
Constituie un avantaj :
- certificari Windows ( MCP, MCSA, MCSE ),
- certificari IBM, HP, DELL.
- certificari Cisco: CCNA, CCNP
