RESPONSABILITATI

• Maintenance releases and bug fixing for a platform based on Python, Django, Linux
• 3rd line support (analyze and solve customer issues)
• Creating custom reports for clients
• Providing effective responses to customer issues and implementing the solutions required
• Participating in defining and adopting processes describing how the Technical Support Group operates.


CERINTE

• Computer Science degree or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years (preferably) of programming experience with one of the mainstream Web Technologies (Java, C#, Perl, C++ etc.)
• Python knowledge would be a plus
• Extended experience working on a Linux OS, ideally Ubuntu
• Experience in working with date bases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a global working environment
• Ability to listen and interpret technical actions in a non-technical manner
• Professional, positive, dynamic and organized person
