CERINTE

University Degree;
Excellent command of spoken and written technical language skills in French and English;
Operating System knowledge (Windows/AIX/Linux);
Software install / configuration knowledge;
Technical IT analysis skills;
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
Good phone skills, positive customer-centric attitude.
