Adecco Permanent Placement Romania is looking to increase its team by hiring a Team Leader, for its team in Timisoara.
Job profile:
• Implement the PP strategy with the National Recruitment Manager
• Management of the allocated PP target by location
• Train his/her team
• Conduct monthly reviews of KPI’s achievement and end year performance appraisals together with the BM, of his/her team based on company’s yearly set up KPIs ,
• Is responsible for the attrition rate of its team
• Conducts negotiations, prepares offers, contracts, and coordinates their implementation where needed
• Assesses and develops new marketing opportunities
• Is responsible for monitoring and analysing market data of competitors' actions and the results of his own product
• Attends and / or conducts conferences, business meetings
• Is a contact person and a source of complete, current and competent information for other Adecco employees
• Collaborates with the Sales Team in order to increase the PP sales activity coming from the sales team
• Provide support and prepare (with the National Recruitment Manager ) the PP regional budget, by location
• Shall make regular reports on activities as required by superiors
• Ensures the optimum use of tools
• Strives to increase productivity and profitability of PP team (P & L)
• Is co-responsible with the Finance Department for the collection of PP clients’ invoices
• Is responsible for the PP consultants induction in allocated region
• University degree in Business, Economics or Social Science
• minimum five years of experience in Recruitment activity, either in a relevant position or as a Snr Consultant or Regional Snr Consultant
• recruitment experience of at least three (3) years , all levels or/and volume projects
