For our R&D Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Supplier Quality Management (SQM) department.
SQM introduces and maintains supplier quality assurance measurements and activities according to the standards of the automotive industry with the objective to ensure the competitive quality of the supplied products / components.

Quality planning for mechanical components in the Design and Development phase according to the assigned components/suppliers according to the actual working chart. Participation in the cross-functional supplier selection and sourcing process. Planning, Initiating and follow-up of the Supplier Advanced Quality Planning for mechanic components (e.g. Supplier AQP, Feasibility Study, FMEA, Audit, SPC, MSA, Run@Rate, etc) to ensure that the supplier components meet our specified requirements. Negotiation of the SV General Quality Requirements (GQA). Definiton of corrective Actions and Monitoring of Effectiveness. Supplier Quality Performance Rating (strategic&operational), Tracking and Reporting.
Frequently used tools: MS Office, SAP, SV internal Tools (PDM, PCN Tool, APQP, etc)
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
