Supplier Quality Assurance Engineering MGM (Material Group Management) PCBA Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

Your tasks: You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our Central Functions support team. You need to track EMS(technical based action plans and agreed supplier development plans) and set up monthly Q-report for MGM EMS and top 5 complaint management. You will support to transfer series projects into aftermarket and sales responsibility. You have to track APQP status report before audits by HCC-SQA MGM and support of trainings for Hella subsidiaries. You will have audits and process releases for simple products (eg. CHMSL). You need to provide regular EMS market trend reporting to HCC-SQA MGM (production equipment, technology change,...) and release A-part workflows and reporting of activities to HCC-SQA MGM.  

Your qualifications: Your profile is as varied as your new duties. In order to be successful in this position you will have completed a course of studies in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, so you can read and understand technical specifications (e.g. drawings, standards, …). You should have experience with process audit (VDA 6.3), QM-Tools and QM-Methods, Yellow Belt. You should also have iPCBA Processes, electronic components, PCBs know how. You need profound Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes skills. Fluency in both English and German languages is mandatory.
