Ca si Specialist RU vei face parte din echipa departamentului de Resurse Umane, si vei avea urmatoarele responsabilitati:
- Sa identifici sursele de atragere de noi candidaturi pentru nevoile din departamentele companiei;
-Sa participi la elaborarea anunturilor de recrutare si la postarea lor in mediile de comunicare corespunzatoare;
-Sa selectioneazi si sa propui managerului responsabil de departament candidaturile conforme cerintelor acestuia;
-Sa orienteazi candidatii catre acele posturi care asigura o corelare optima intre competente si motivatie;
-Sa te ocupi de procesul de integrare al noilor colegi din companie.

-Absolvent/a de studii superioare (psihologie preferabil)
-Dorinta de a lucra in domeniul resurselor umane
-Capacitati dezvoltate de comunicare
-Orientare spre rezultate, spre finalitatea proiectelor
-Persoana cu un simt dezvoltat al organizarii si respectarii termenelor limita
-Capacitatea de a coordona si finaliza mai multe proiecte in paralel
-Creativitate, capacitate de anticipare, atentie acordata detaliilor
-Limba engleza nivel avansat, limba franceza reprezinta un avantaj
-Cunostinte PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express)
- mediu de lucru dinamic;
- posibilitati de promovare si dezvoltare;
- perfectionare in domeniul Resurselor Umane.
