Responsibilities:
Sourcing :
• Develop new applicable / competitive suppliers in above mentioned geographical market , in different products range;
• Manage and develop existing suppliers;
• Inform the supplier base about the company’s expectations and provide feedback on their performance;
• Define and develop conditions for new and existing suppliers and manage price negations and payment terms;
• Benchmark activity;
• Analysis and follow up;
• Support the Sales team;
• Negotiate and benchmark setup of transport and warehousing;
• Audit and visit suppliers.
Quality:
• Handle claims - related suppliers , raw materials , customers , transport providers;
• Record and document claims according to ISO regulation and company standards;
• Prepare Quality reports according ISO regulation;
• Prepare and issue reports to Regional Quality Manager (follow and manage company quality standards).
Requirements:
• Fluent in English;
• Higher degree, Business/Engineering is preferred;
• Quality related processing experience or educations;
• Sourcing / Purchasing experience in packaging field;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• High accuracy and discipline;
• Experience in packaging field (industrial segments preferred);
• Additional language knowledge (Hungarian and German);
• Driving License is must;
• Understanding multinational environment and different cultures;
• Able to travel in country and abroad.
