Job expirat
• Leads a team of 10 – 15 Software testers located in 2 countries;
• Creates and implements a test strategy which improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the test capability within the company;
• Creates test plans and test cases, including automated tests;
• Creates and implements test tools;
• Uses his strategic knowledge of automation test strategies;
• Guarantees a high level of quality for product deliveries;
• Makes recommendations in order to improve the activity of the department;
• Develops procedures, standards and methodology to improve the team;
• Motivates the team, act as a mentor;
• Studies in Computers Science or related discipline;
• Experience in software testing (min. 5 years);
• Experience in a leadership position (min. 2 years);
• Experience in managing a software test team with more than 5 members;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile is desirable);
• Familiarity with Cloud environment / Distributed Architecture / SaaS models
• Good communication and planning skills;
• The ability to adapt in a multinational environment;
• The ability to find solutions and take decisions in professional situations;
• Positive and proactive attitude;
• The ability to customize your speech to Non-technical and Technical people;
• Available for traveling for business propose;
