From this position you will be offering 2nd level support within the Software Distribution Team for our global clients.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Administration of Windows Server Systems
- Administration of the Software Distribution Infrastructure
- Constant monitoring and health checking of the software distribution infrastructure
- Perform trend analysis
- Monitor software distribution status in the entire infrastructure and keep and updated status regarding the packages, collections and advertisements.
- Client Workstations troubleshooting
Our successful candidate should have the following abilities, knowhow & experience:
- Proficient in Business English
- Windows Server / IIS / Microsoft certified: Windows Server 2000, 2003, Active Directory Management, SMS/SCCM
- Knowledge in software distribution technologies - SMS/SCCM
- Understanding of ITIL services delivery and support methodologies
- In depth understanding of Windows Technologies
- Availability to travel abroad for training on the job
- Good teamwork, communication, customer focus and cultural awareness skills
