For the enhancement of our Operation Team Internet Survey Solutions in Timisoara we are seeking Senior Survey Programmers.
Your responsibilities:
The primary role is to take over the full responsibility for the programming of complex surveys related to the Online Market Research projects. This includes the overall responsibility of the survey programming using the most advanced web applications like ConfirmIT and as well using HTML, Javascript and Actionscript.
In more detail, your responsibilities will be to:
• Programming of complex online questionnaires based on the word documents provided by the client: this includes survey creation, setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reporting.
• Follow up with internal and external resources.
• Able to refine and further develop current survey programming standards and policies.
• Define the details related to the survey programming, like plan, time line, resource required and potential roadblock.
• Maintain and improve Toluna Service and Operations quality standards.
• Be flexible and proactive in providing the best solutions for the client.
• Debug and correct complex coding issues.
What we expect from you:
You have graduated from University and you already have work experience in the market research environment, programming and/or web development. Ideally you have/you are:
• Relevant experience in survey programming and market research is a must.
• ConfirmIt knowledge is a great advantage.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a must.
• Flash development / Actionscript knowledge and experience is desirable.
• Ajax, Jscript, XML and a language for dynamic web development (asp, .net, php, jsp) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SQL, custom tables and stored procedures is an advantage.
• Able to test a survey thoroughly, review data and provide a high quality link to the client
• Proficient with MS-Office (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Time management and priorities management are essential.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Good organizational skills and the ability for multitasking.
• Excellent English language skills, spoken and written are mandatory.
• French and/or German language skills are an advantage.
