Configuration and integration management;
• Proactive maintenance (regular tasks);
• Rapid escalation and notification of incidents during operations;
• Ensure work orders are implemented as planned, within agreed SLAs;
• Provide regular reports in all relevant tools & data bases;
• Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues;
• Creating, updating and following all the tickets in their responsibility.
Degree/Diploma, related to telecommunications, electronics, informatics or equivalent;
• Relevant experience in Maintenance, Operations and/or Technical Support activities;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage;
• Desirable good knowledge in one or several of the following suppliers’ equipments: ZTE, Ericsson, NSN;
• Understanding of networking or telecommunications principles;
• Analytical mind, good problem solving skills and ability to work independently and under time pressure;
• Culturally adaptable and flexible, capable to learn quickly and act decisively.
