Coordinate a small team of FTEs in order to meet customer expectation and operations scope;
Supervise month end reconciliation and closing process;
Analyzing data and trends and support in revenue share analysis;
Check and supervise the service delivery quality as per SLA;
Perform market analysis/research in the intention to identify suppliers and improve terms and conditions;
Conduct team meetings to provide updates and allocation of work in order to meet customer demands;
Publish metric and other ad-hoc reports;
Answering queries and working with auditors.
University degree in a relevant field (Accounting; Finance; Taxation; Commerce);
Previous involvement in a team leading role related to Finance & Accounting;
Min 4 years of work experience in accounting (focus on General Ledger, Commission or Contracts);
Advanced knowledge in English (both in speaking and writing);
Fluency in one of the following: French/German/Spanish is mandatory;
Ability to motivate and energize others in order to achieve best results;
Strong ethical conduct;
Empathy and natural ability to work with others.
