• To perform general financial accounting duties - preparing and checking procedures of invoices from suppliers/vendors; travel expenses; fixed asset register
• To prepare and reconcile accruals and prepayments in month end accounts.
• To prepare VAT and Intrastat returns on behalf of other entities registered for VAT in Romania
• To prepare CIT Statements for local entity
• To cooperate with staff from Shared Services Center Europe on daily basis for coordinating accounting activities, including Balance Sheet review
• Be responsible of accounting activities and RO GAAP compliance
• Business support for Operations, Sales and HR functions.
• To prepare Flash month-end report, Forecast quarter-end, Annual Operating Plan , according to company policies and procedures
• To prepare and track Approval for Capital Expenditures, according to company policies and procedures
• Prepare other reports for management reporting
Economic university graduated. CECCAR, ACCA, or similar will be highly appreciated
• High experience in performing VAT audit and Income Tax audit in front of fiscal authority, required
• Minimum 7 years within accounting and controlling areas. Experience in manufacturing company, will be an asset
• At least 2 years in multinational environment, required
• US GAAP knowledge will be an asset
• High level of reliability and responsibility, initiative, attention to detail
• Opened to continuous learning and working in a Lean culture environment
• Customer orientated. Deliver and maintain a high level of financial services to internal and external customers
• Good English level, speaking and writing, required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
