Responsabil pentru reducerea / mentinerea cifrei rebutului conform planului;
Asigura existenta materiei prime necesare pe linie;
Responsabil de efectuarea instructajelor periodice de P.M si P.S.I. specifice locului de munca.
Studii superioare tehnice/economice;
Experienta in coordonarea de echipe operatori - minim 1 an;
Experienta in domeniul productiei reprezinta un avantaj;
Limba engleza- nivel avansat;
Cunostinte PC - MS Office;
Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa, abilitati de leadership, abilitatea de ai motiva pe ceilalti;
Abilitati de comunicare foarte bune
Capacitate de planificare, organizare si analiza;
Persoana dinamica, implicata in activitate, resposabila si constiincioasa.
