• Coordinating a team of specialists (eg.: AR Specialists, Master Data Maintenance Specialists) from Timisoara that are working for Central SAP Department of the company
• Maintaining and support FI SAP modules for the existing locations
• Continuous improvements for the existing functions and modules
• Support the migration projects
• Support for the implementation of FI modules in new locations
• Participate in an initial training in Germany
• Willingness and high ability to lead people
• High interest in accounting and application system (SAP) issues
• Intercultural understanding
• Willingness to improve processes
• University degree in business or economics field
• Work experience in the accounting area (FI module)
• Very good IT- skills: MS Office and SAP
• Intercultural competence, analytical skills, resilience, initiative, teamwork skills
• German – advanced level
• English – at least conversational level
