Your Tasks// First level support for SAP users (logistics, production, purchasing) in MM, SD, WM and PP modules. Check customer, supplier, material, routing and BOM master data for errors, provide results to users for correction, tracking progress and offering soulutions if required. Deactivation of old sales distributon channels, sales items and unique components not used in current or future production in order to ensure a „clean” system. Monitoring incoming and outgoing messages, ensuring that messages are received by suppliers and customers (EMFOR & SOST). Create and process supplier and customer creation or modification workflows, maintain condition records for outgoing and incoming messages, test the iDoc mapping and functionality of EDI connection  together with the crossfunctions team. Support implementation of new supply classes (VMI, CMI and Kanban) with vendors, in colaboration with corporation and SAP consultants. Creation and maintanance of suppliers and admin’s in the WebEDI portal, offering support to suppliers and users for the application. Design and support users to design new processes / transactions  or improve existing ones, implement and test flows and transactions designed to improve work and reduce errors. Coordinate annual inventory:  prepare system and train users, print inventory tags, solve errors, monitor and provide discrepances to the logistic manager, post inventory records.

Your Qualifications// University graduate. 2+ years experience in SAP. Good command of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of English language. Result oriented, organised person, team-player.
