SAP-HR Specialist Giarmata , West Romania

Your functions You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. You will offer 1st level support in solving SAP-HR related issues, being the Single Point of Contact for SAP-HR users. You will also intermediate the communication between SAP-HR users and SAP HR consultants, as well as providing support for Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll processes. You will have to carry out monthly HR Group Reporting and offer support for German Reporting Organization with local German reporting needs.

Your competence In order to be successful in this position you need basic experience in HR reporting within an international company and very consistent know-how in personnel administration and payroll processes – preferably previous experience in working with SAP- HR. You also need to be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa, as well as having good knowledge and understanding of HR tools. Fluent English is mandatory, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in project management is a plus.
