Sales Manager and Specialist Romania – Timisoara area

RESPONSABILITATI

Scope of the position:
• Support Head of Sales EEMEA, BL AM with information about price trends and competitors strategy and activity
• Implement the marketing strategy of the BL Advanced Material within BU HPM (prices, terms of sales, product portfolio, indent and/or local biz, etc.)
• Prepare budget and pricing by the assigned customers in accordance with the KAMs and Head of Sales EEMEA, BL AM
• Identify, initiate, develop and support new projects and applications (provide Market information for the development of new products).
• Deal with and sort out complaints
• Follow-up customer payment discipline, actively contribute in minimizing overdue customer payments
• Build up and cultivate customer relations, provide technical and commercial continuous support
• Agree personal targets (based on annual planning)
The job holder is responsible also for all kind of commercial communication to customers in Romania as well as to BU HPM. Participate in conferences (e.g. EMEA-Meeting, Budget-meeting) in order to contribute to the regional and/or world-wide strategy of the BU HPM and in order to transfer this strategy into the local market.
