Quality Production Laboratory Team Leader Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // Because of our growing business, we are looking for a new colleague that will coordinate Quality Laboratory activities. Our new colleague will have technical as well as coordinating responsibilities. Technical tasks include: implementing working procedures in order to meet quality standards; Make estimations and plan the necessary resources in order to assure a good technical support (e.g. test boxes, microscopes, oscilloscopes, dedicated equipment, soldering consumables, etc); Ensure quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework; Develops technical solutions for the laboratory functional area; Prepare and submit requested reports according to department's / location requests. Leading tasks will include:  technical coaching of the team members in order to obtain expected project results; Help team members to easily integrate in the organization; Is responsible to ensure that employee’s technical and social skills are at the level required by the job; Motivates and performs periodical evaluation for all direct subordinates.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be succesfull in this position you will have: University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or Electrotechnic; Minimum 3 years experience in the technical field, preferably in an automotive company;  Experience in leading teams; Experience in Project Management; Very strong communication and coordination skills; Excellent planning and organizing competencies; Strong problem solving, decision making and coaching skills; Good command of English.
