RESPONSABILITATI

- His main task is to lead, control and organize the quality assurance processes in our plant, in aim of satisfying our internal and external customers in terms of product and process quality. He is responsible for the implementation of the global quality standards and the corporate quality policy.

- He is responsible for keeping the approved financial frames of the quality assurance activities.

- He is steering all activities of the quality department, based on the company and plant strategy, according to the integrated management system manual.

- He defines the strategic development directions of his department.

- He defines the needed resources for the quality department, and manages to get available these resources. He takes care about the cost-efficient usage of all available resources.

- He is responsible for the production quality procedures. Based on the customer feedback, internal quality statistics, regular process and product audits he identifies our weaknesses. Corrective and preventive actions are followed up by him and his team.

- He has to organize internal audits, to check, whether our products and processes are complying with our quality standards and specifications.

- He defines internal KPI targets for the quality department, and follows up these figures. In case of nonconformity, he defines corrective actions, and implements them.

- He is responsible for the inventory of his department

- He has to define, implement and follow up the cost improvement projects for his department.

- He and his team have to propose cost improvement projects for the focus factories.


CERINTE

- Project Management Skills
- Production technical expertise
- Business Administration know-how (e.g. human resources, financial)
- Quality Management System TS16949
- Quality methodology (e.g. PPAP, problem solving methods)
- Internal and external communication skills
- University degree in a technical field (e.g. Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanics, Informatics)
- At least 3 years of previous technical/ managerial experience in production area, in one of the fields: Project Quality Management, Plant Quality, Manufacturing Planning
- Minimum 8 years technical experience in automotive
- Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial function
- Visionary and strategic thinking
- Customer and profit orientation
- Decision making skills
