• Performing follow-up for clients audits action plans
• Participate or perform process or products audits
• Collect data and prepare reports regarding quality indicators (scrap rate, non-conformities)
• Root cause and technical analysis owner
• Propose corrective and preventive actions
• Performing follow-up for standardization process, indicators, parameterization, quality documentation, product control
• Treatment of internal and external non-conformities and complaints
• Edit, revise, check, implement, monitor qulity instruction
• Networking with other DSS sites for deploy knowledge or solve issues
• Technical University degree of Electrotechnics or Mechanics
• Minim 2 year's experience in production quality assurance and control
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standards
• Proficient in Quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why's, RCPS, Control Plans etc)
• The ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non compliance
• Good communication, problem solving orientation, decision making, good influence people skills
• The ability to set effective and challenging objectives
• English language - advanced
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- advanced
• Experience reading technical drawings, specification, reports
