Our product base is expanding and our QA teams are growing. We now have QA teams in four countries and are looking for a regional Manager to lead the efforts of our Romania and India offices.
In time, this position could expand to include the management of all our QA teams, including our US and Mexico offices.
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with proven leadership qualities.
Excellent English skills are required. Some international travel will be required ¿ as much as 2 months per year. Most of the remote management responsibilities will be done online and over cell and VOIP phone systems. Late hours will be required on a regular basis.

- Excellent English speaking and writing required
- Experience managing a team of QA software testers
- Ability to work with remote international teams (US, India, Mexico, Taiwan)
- Experience creating and executing test cases and using test case management tools
- Very detail oriented, ability to organize quickly and change direction frequently
- Ability to provide reports of QA progress and product quality to Management
- Build and maintain high team morale in a busy work environment
- Interview, hire and retain QA personnel in Romania and remote offices
Would be an advantage:
- Programming knowledge or experience in Java, Flash/Actionscript
- Hardware knowledge, OSX/Windows experience very valuable
- Server and network level experience helpful
