- Coordinates implementation or transfer of new products starting from the initial planning for manufacturing till to the serial production stage based on costs, quality and time frame requirements;
- Identifies and initiates continuous improvement activities, focusing on cost efficiency;
- Report on project status to senior management at appropriate intervals and establish recovery plans when delays occur;
- Create documentation support for new launches;
- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in new projects implementation in production (Automotive field is preferred);
- Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines;
- English - advanced level;
- Knowledge of French language is an advantage.
