- Steering of customer project and successful launch into serial production;
- Leading an interdisciplinary project team within a matrix organization;
- Definition and control of project plans in regard of timing, cost, risks and resources;
- Documentation of projects according customer requirements and Takata PMS;
- Project milestone reporting to OEM and PSM;
- Motivation and development of the project team.
- Technical university degree;
- Experience in project management and /or minimum 5 years in automotive industry;
- Excellent technical and analytical skills;
- Fluent in English. Additional language represents an advantage;
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Available for business travels to customer, Takata plants and suppliers;
- Assertive, creative, open-minded, team work spirit;
- Residence in Arad.
