Requirements:
You are an ideal candidate if:
• You have at least 10 years of total working experience in IT software field.
• You still are at a level of technical knowledge where you can get technically involved in a project (you must be able to read code, do reviews, be up-to-date with current technologies, frameworks, etc. in your area of expertise), although the main focus should not be on programming.
• You have experience with running projects (you know the basics of project management) and have executed this role in the past years.
• Your experience should be in projects of 2-5 people that last for 6 to 12 months on average.
• You must have experience with guiding teams, being in charge of all managerial aspects within the project (not necessarily at disciplinary level)
• You are extrovert and active in approaching people
• You keep the "right" balance of standards vs. freedom – you can work with standards, but in the same time you are flexible and can adapt your managerial style to specific projects and people.
• You know how to motivate people. You should understand that motivating people normally brings better results than frightening people. Since this is at the very heart of our company philosophy, you must fully support this view.
