TEAM LEADER is responsible for the coordination of a production operators team.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily allocates the tasks for the team that he is coordinating
- Follows-up and assures the achievement of the production target and quality standards
- Administrates the personnel that he is responsible for
- Elaborates specific reports for the production supervision
Requierements
Knowledge & experience:
- University [technical preferred]
- Work experience in a production plant is and advantage
Skills & Abilities:
- Coordination abilities
- Planning & Organizing abilities
- English language is a must
