Eurotriade and our client, a company active in automotive field are seeking a hard-working motivated Production Supervisor located in Timisoara.
Work activities:
• Coordinates assigned activities at a level to maintain an orderly flow of product throughout the production process.
• Analyze of potential problems with new parts, materials, procedures and systems.
• Develops implements and continues a total quality concept in alignment with the company targets.
• Review customer feedback reports and seek/offer improvement feedback to Team Members.
• Achieve production and manning targets. Drive continuous improvement of both.
You have already experience in a position of production supervisor within a multinational environment, is an advantage you worked for a company in automotive field. You have strong written and spoken English skills. You have the ability to work under pressure; you have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
