Adjusting the production plan in case of lack of material, capacity (equipment), lack of people or other problems that may arise
Preparing a weekly production plan, taking into account all the information that may have an impact on customer’s demand
Tracking actual production results versus what was planned and communicating to the team and the customer
Preparing a weekly delivery plan and communicating it to the team and the customer
Tracking actual deliveries versus what was planned and communicating it to the team and the customer
Tracking OTD's (On Time Delivery - delivery dates)
Performing operations in Baan
University degree in economical or technical domain
1+ years experience in production planning
English skills – advanced level
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Knowledge in utilization of IT-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical thinking and attention to details
Able to make decisions and to understand the impact on business
Ability to obtain results in a dynamic environment
