- Possess deeply knowledge about engineering processes in production: Screen Printing & Reflow, Wave soldering, Conformal Coating, etc.
- Provide technical support for Quality and Product Engineers, line set-up and correct process flow.
- Ensure that the equipment and the process is running within specified requirements.
- Verify the optimisation of the processes, dealing with tasks like high quality, high productivity and low cost.
- Ensure all processes are running within specified quality targets.
- Analyze line performance and present solutions for solving technical issues.
- University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics)
- Demonstrates strong process management skills/methodologies and logical and process-driven approach
- Leadership personality
- Excellent reasoning and problem solvin ability
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Fluent verbal/written English a must
- Computer literate ¿ MS Office
- Ideally previous experience in a similar position
- Ideally previous experience in a multinational company
- Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading and mentoring
