- Provide technical support for Quality and Product Engineers, line set-up and correct process flow;
- Ensure that the equipment and the process is running within specified requirements;
- Verify the optimisation of the processes, dealing with tasks like high QUALITY, high PRODUCTIVITY and low COST;
- Ensure all processes are running within specified quality TARGETS;
- Analyze line PERFORMANCE and present SOLUTIONS for solving technical issues;
-Coordinate a team of process&mentenance engineers - first level report.
- University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics);
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with these processes: Printing & Reflow, Wave soldering, Conformal Coating, Placement;
- Possess deeply knowledge about process and maintenance (Screen Printing & Reflow, Wave soldering, Conformal Coating, Placement)
- Demonstrates strong process management
skills/methodologies, logical and process driven approach;
- Excellent reasoning and problem solving ability;
- Excellent teamwork ability;
- Fluent verbal/written English – at least medium level;
- Computer literate – MS Office;
- Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading and mentoring;
- Well organized, result and deadline oriented.
